
Ingredients:
250 gms thinly cut beef slices
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Crushed blackpepper
1/4 cup semolina
1 egg whisked
2-3 dinner rolls/paos
Coleslaw (optional)
Cut onion rings
Salt
Oil
Method:
- Marinate beef slices in onion powder, garlic powder & black pepper. Let it rest for 30 mins to an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium to high heat. Dip each beef slice in whisked egg, then roll in semolina & fry till crisp on both sides.
- To assemble, take a dinner roll/ pav & stuff with coleslaw, onions and beef cutlets.
- Serve with ketchup/ green chutney.
