
Ingredients:
250 gms fried chicken strips
1/2 onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced green peppers
2 tbsps oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsps chilli sauce
2 tbsps cornstarch
1 cup chicken stock
1-2 green onions chopped
Freshly crushed pepper
1 tbsp ginger + green chilli paste
2 tbsps Oil
Method:
- Mix oyster sauce, sugar, chilli sauce and cornstarch with the chicken stock and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok, add ginger- green chilli paste and sliced onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes then add fried chicken pieces and mix.
- Next toss in the sliced green peppers and fry another 1-2 minutes. Then stir in the sauce mix and cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes or till the sauce begins to thicken.
- Add freshly ground pepper and garnish with chopped green onions before serving hot.
