
Though this is a vegetarian recipes you can always add shredded chicken or shrimp or even bacon to this. Its very easy to put together and have simple yet delicious flavors to it. I have used a little bit of fresh cream but you can skip it if you don’t like its taste.

Ingredients:
1 cup pasta
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup green peas
1 green chilli chopped
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1-2 tbsp cream
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Heat a pot if water on high flame with salt and bring to a rolling boil. Add pasta and let it cook till done. Drain and keep aside to use later.
- Meanwhile heat olive oil in a heavy bottomed pan and saute garlic, onions and green chilli till onions are translucent.
- Add tomatoes and paprika and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Once the tomatoes are soft add cream and mix well.
- Toss in the cooked pasta with green peas to the sauce and mix together. Finally add parmesan cheese and salt as per taste and mix one last time.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
