Sausage Chilli Fry

Ingredients:
3-4 Chicken or Pork sausages sliced
1/2 onion diced
1-2 green chillies
1/2 green pepper diced
1/2 tsp ajinomoto (MSG)
1 tsp soya sauce
Freshly crushed pepper
Salt if needed
Oil

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat & sauté green chillies along with diced onions for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add sausages and saute further for another few minutes, then toss in the green peppers, ajinomoto & soya sauce. Mix together & cook till the green peppers are a little soft.
  • Top with freshly crushed pepper, salt & serve hot.
