Hakka Chicken Crispy

Chicken crispy

Ingredients:

1 cup fried chicken pieces
1 cup cubed bell peppers (green,red,orange,yellow)
1/2 cup roughly diced green onions
1/2 cup cubed onion
1 tbsp garlic chopped
1 tbsp ginger chopped
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp corn flour mixed with 1/4 cup water
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Oil

Method:

  • Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a wok on medium flame. Toss in the chopped ginger & garlic.
  • Turn flame heat to high & add onions. Saute for 1-2 mins then add the bell peppers.
  • Fry further for 2-3 mins then add soya sauce & stir well. Add the corn flour & water mix and bring to boil.
  • Add fried chicken, salt & crushed pepper. Mix well together making sure the chicken pieces are all well coated in the sauce.
  • Garnish with green onions & serve hot.
