
Ingredients:
1 onions (sliced)
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 tsp turmeric powder
250 grams Medium sized prawns chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 frozen puff pastry sheets
1 tsp Salt
Oil
Method:
- Fry onions & green chillies till onions turn translucent.
- Now add the tomatoes & fry till soft.
- Add turmeric & chopped prawns. Saute for a few mins & add a little water, salt if needed.
- Add the chopped green onions, mix well & keep aside.
- To make puffs, cut sheets into equal quarters. You should have palm sized rectangular pieces enough to hold a heaped tablespoon of filling.
- Now stuff each puff pastry piece with some of the prawn stuffing & fold in half making sure the stuffing is held together.
- Seal the corners by lightly pressing down the sides together. Repeat the same with all the pastry sheets & keep aside to rest for a few mins.
- Pre heat oven to 230C & bake for 15-18 mins.
- Remove & let it cool for a few mins.
- Serve with ketchup.
