Butter & Rosemary Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

Roasted chicken with potatoes

Ingredients:
2 chicken thighs with skin
1 garlic pod
2 tbsp butter
1-2 sprigs of rosemary
1/2 lemon juice
1-2 potatoes cut into half
Freshly crushed pepper

Method:

  • Marinate chicken in all the ingredients mentioned above except potatoes & lemon juice & let it rest for 1-2 hours.
  • Place chicken in a baking tray along with the potatoes & heat in an oven for 30-40 mins at 230 C.
  • Top the chicken & potatoes with lemon juice & serve.
