Paneer Kheer

Ingredients:
1 litre Milk
100 paneer crumbled
1 tsp green cardamom
4 tbsp sugar
4-5 saffron threads soaked in 1 tbsp of milk
1/2 cup dry fruits
(cashewnut, raisins, almond)
1 tbsp ghee

Method:

  • Take pan add ghee , add all dry fruits and saute it till golden brown. Remove it in plate and keep aside.
  • Take heavy bottom pan add boil and boil it till become 1/3 of quantity. now add sugar, mix dry fruits , paneer and saffron which is soaked in milk.
  • Boil for 5-6 minutes more. Top with cardamom powder & chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Serve cold.
