500 gms chicken cuts
2 green chilli
1 tbsp ginger,
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp blackpepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp kasoori methi/dry fenugreek
3/4 cup hung curd
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup cream (optional)
1/2 cup chopped coriander (optional)

Method:
- Marinate chicken with green chillies, garlic, ginger, black pepper, cumin, garam masala, chaat masala, methi, curd & 1 tbsp of melted butter.
- Heat 1 tbsp of butter and add the marinated chicken. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 mins. Once chicken is done check for salt.
- Dry it out and serve as is or add cream and chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
