
Ingredients:
1/2 cup prawns
1.5 cup cooked rice or leftover rice
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 scallion chopped separate white from greens
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/4 tbsp ajinomoto
1/2 tbsp white pepper
2 tbsp oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok on high flame & saute white scallion along with ginger garlic paste.
- Add in the soy & chilli sauce to the wok & stir together.
- To this now add in the prawns & saute till almost done.
- Next add in the cooked rice along with the ajinomoto & white pepper. Mix them all well together. Keep stirring to make sure you don’t burn the rice.
- Garnish with chopped green scallions & paired best with Garlic Chicken or Black Pepper Chicken.
