Prawn Chilli Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 Onions (sliced)
  •  2 Green chillies (chopped)
  •  1 Tomato (chopped)
  •  1 tsp turmeric powder
  •  250 grams Medium sized prawns
  •  1/4 cup Coriander (chopped)
  •  1 tsp Salt
  •  2 tbsp Oil

Method:

  • Fry onions & green chillies till onions turn translucent.
  • Now add the tomatoes & fry till soft.
  • Add turmeric & peeled prawns.
  • Saute for a few mins & add a little water, salt if needed.
  • Add the freshly chopped coriander & mix well.
  • Serve hot with pao/pav.
