
Ingredients:
- 1 Onions (sliced)
- 2 Green chillies (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 250 grams Medium sized prawns
- 1/4 cup Coriander (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
Method:
- Fry onions & green chillies till onions turn translucent.
- Now add the tomatoes & fry till soft.
- Add turmeric & peeled prawns.
- Saute for a few mins & add a little water, salt if needed.
- Add the freshly chopped coriander & mix well.
- Serve hot with pao/pav.
