
Ingredients:
700-800 gms chicken
1 chopped onion
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
3-4 tsp black pepper powder
8-10 curry leaves
Salt
Oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan & saute onions till tranparent.
- Add ginger- garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli, coriander & cumin powder. Fry the spices till fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces, half of the black pepper & salt. Mix well together.
- Now add some water, cover & cook till done.
- Finally add curry leaves & the remaining black pepper powder. Gently mix together.
- Pepper Chicken is ready!
