Paneer Salt & Pepper

Ingredients:
  1. Paneer (Cottage Cheese) cut into cubes- 250 gms
  2. Garlic- 8-9 cloves
  3. Chopped onions- 1/2 chopped
  4. Bell pepper (green & yellow)- 1/4 each diced
  5. Green Onions (spring onions)- 1-2 sprigs
  6. Salt and Pepper
  7. Corn Flour enough to coat Paneer cubes.
  8. Green Chillies- 1 slit
  9. Oil
Method:
  1. Mix salt and pepper in corn flour.
  2. Now coat the paneer with that mixture.
  3. Heat oil in the pan and cook paneer cubes till they get golden brown color. Take out and keep them aside.
  4. Now use the same pan and add some more oil and heat it up.
  5. Add minced garlic, chopped onions & green chillies fry together.
  6. Now add the bell peppers & cook for not more than 2-3 minutes. Remember, we don’t wanna thoroughly cook the onions but only till they are translucent.
  7. Now, add paneer and mix.
  8. Now add chopped spring onions. We are adding them at the end as we want them so stay crisp and have a bite in the dish.
  9. Mix it well and serve hot!!!
