
Ingredients:
500 gms ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 potato boiled and cut
3-4 green chillies minced
5-6 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
2-3 bread slices
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 cup semolina or breadcrumbs

Method:
In a pot add ground beef along with the onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, salt and 1/4 cup of water. Cook until the meat is done and water has been evaporated.
Now to the beef mix add the potatoes, garam masala, coriander powder and bread slices.
Mix well and leave to cook.
Grind the beef mix in a food processor to a paste. At this point taste and check for spices.
Add the lightly beaten egg to the ground mixture.
To make croquettes, wet palms and make small cylindrical shapes.
Roll in semolina and shallow fry on a pan until brown and crispy.
