Prawn Ghassi

Ingredients:
300 gms peeled prawns
2 medium onions chopped
4 dried red chillies roasted
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
8-10 black peppercorns
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
5 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp tamarind pulp
1 cup grated coconut
Salt
Oil

Method:
Grind the coconut, one chopped onion, red chillies, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, peppercorns, turmeric, garlic and tamarind pulp with a little bit of water to form a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pot and fry rest of the onions till brown.
Now add the coconut paste and saute for 2-3 mins. Add a little bit of water and bring to a boil.
Now add the prawns. Simmer for a few minutes until done, add salt and check for seasoning.

Tip: Marinate seafood in lime and salt for a few minutes and wash it off later to get rid of any fish smell.
