Kalakand/ Milk Cake

Cooking Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk
1 cup crumbled cottage cheese/paneer
1/2 tsp cardamom powder or rose water
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp roasted nuts of your preference

Method:
Grease a plate or foil any container you may have.
In a non stick pan/ pot heat the condensed milk on medium heat.
Once warm add the milk and cottage cheese.
Now keep stirring on low flame.
After a while it’s turn thick and will leave the corners.
Make sure you keep stirring to avoid burning.
Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
Once your mix is thick and juicy but not runny it’s ready to be set.
Set in a container, place dried fruits on top and cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Once it has set cut into shapes and serve chill.
