Ingredients: π
1 cup of choris/chorizo (I’ve removed the casing here but you can just chop them)
1/2 onion diced
1/2 potato diced
1 green chilly
Oil
Salt
Water
Method:
Heat a little oil in a pan and saute the onions till translucent.
Add the green chilly and potatoes & store well.
Add the choris and break them in.
Now add a little water, salt and cook till potatoes are done.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
