Ingredients: 
2 Onions cut into 6-8 pieces
1 small tomato cut into 4
1inch ginger
5-6 garlic
6-7 cashew
3 tsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 1/2 tsp butter chicken masala
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 cup cream
4 tbsp butter

Method:
Keep a pan on medium to low flame. Add 2 tbsp butter and fry cumin seeds.

Add cut onion, tomatoes, garlic,ginger and cashews and cook.

Add in 2 tsp of red chilly powder. Add some salt and 2 tbsp of water.

Cook until the onions turn soft. Remove from heat and cool. Grind the mixture to a fine paste and keep aside.

In the same pan on medium flame add the rest of the butter and 2 tsp of red chilly powder.
Add the paste and mix together. Then add the butter chicken masala and cream.
Put in the chicken and stir well. Once the chicken is cooked add the black pepper powder and stir.
Serve with steamed rice or naan.
